The protection of your personal data is especially important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the applicable legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003).


This Privacy Policy also applies to all services operating under the following domains:

These domains are collectively referred to as the “Nuicron Platform”.


2. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing is the operator named in the Legal Notice (Imprint).


3. Processed data

When visiting this website, the following data may be processed:

  • IP address
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Time of the server request
  • Referrer URL

When using our service (Nuicron Platform):

  • Discord user ID (when authenticating via discord.com)
  • Discord username (when authenticating via discord.com)
  • Email address (if provided by Discord)
  • Information about Discord servers on which the user operates bots through the Nuicron Platform

Authentication is performed exclusively via Discord OAuth. We only process data provided by Discord within the scopes authorized by the user. No additional authentication data is collected.


Technical usage data necessary for the operation of the platform, in particular:

  • Discord bots created by the user
  • Bot-related configurations
  • data processed through interaction of the bots with Discord servers, insofar as required for the respective function
  • user-specific platform-wide settings

4. Purpose of processing

Processing is carried out for the purpose of:

  • providing and operating the platform
  • authentication via Discord
  • technical security and error analysis
  • billing, payment processing and subscription management, including free trial periods and subsequent paid subscriptions

5. Legal bases

Your data is processed on the basis of the following legal grounds:

  • Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, in particular account management, platform operation and paid services)
  • Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interests, in particular ensuring IT security, preventing misuse, ensuring system stability and providing a technically reliable service)
  • Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (legal obligations, in particular tax, accounting and retention obligations)

6. Third-party providers and processors

We use the following third-party services:

  • Discord Inc. (OAuth login on all further subpages of Nuicron, excluding the landing page at nuicron.io/)
  • CyprusNode (EU-based hosting provider and partner for the VPS infrastructure used by Nuicron)
  • Stripe, Inc. (payment processing)

Data transfers to third countries cannot be excluded, as the services mentioned above may use external locations for global availability.

Data transfers take place on the basis of suitable safeguards pursuant to Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, in particular through EU Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.

CyprusNode processes data exclusively within the European Union.


7. Storage period

Personal data is stored only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned above or where statutory retention obligations apply.

In particular, billing-relevant data is stored in accordance with statutory retention periods.

Data related to bots, servers and user configurations is deleted when a subscription ends, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Users may delete their account at any time via the platform settings. In this case, all personal data not subject to statutory retention obligations will be permanently deleted.

9. Cookies

The landing page of this website uses only technically necessary cookies and does not integrate any third-party services or external resources.

Within the authenticated dashboard area of the Nuicron Platform, technically necessary connections to third-party services such as Discord, Stripe and the platform's server infrastructure are established in order to provide core functionality. These integrations are required for authentication, service operation and billing and do not involve tracking or advertising.

No marketing, advertising or cross-platform tracking technologies are used in any area of the platform.

Within the authenticated dashboard, usage and performance statistics related to the operation of user-managed Discord bots are processed and displayed exclusively for the respective user. These statistics are technically required for service operation, monitoring and troubleshooting and do not serve marketing or tracking purposes.


10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy when necessary.

In the notification settings, an option may be activated that allows us to use the email address linked to Discord in order to inform you of changes to this Privacy Policy.


Our services are not specifically targeted at minors under the age of 14.
